Baseball Game Preview: Chester Cyclones vs. Mid-Carolina Rebels

Chester is 0-5 against Mid-Carolina since March of 2016 but things could change on Tuesday. Chester will host Mid-Carolina at 6:30 p.m. Neither of those teams managed to put together many runs in their previous contests, so the offenses might be a little more motivated than usual.

Friday just wasn't the day for Chester's offense. They came up short against Clinton on Friday, falling 10-0. The Cyclones have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Meanwhile, Mid-Carolina also failed to score in their most recent game. They fell just short of River Bluff by a score of 1-0 on Saturday. The Rebels' defeat signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.

Mid-Carolina's loss dropped their record down to 10-4. As for Chester, their defeat dropped their record down to 7-2.
