Volleyball Recap: Dexter Comes Up Short

Dexter was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their 13th straight loss dating back to last season. They fell 2-0 to the Saline Hornets. Unfortunately, that's the third time they've come up short against the Hornets this season, with their most recent defeat being a 2-0 loss back in April.

The match finished with set scores of 25-15, 25-6.

Dexter's defeat dropped their record down to 0-8. As for Saline, their victory was their seventh straight at home, which pushed their record up to 27-2-2.

Coincidentally, Dexter and Saline will both be playing Adrian the next time they take the court. The Dreadnaughts will head out to face the Maples at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, while the Hornets will play them later in the day, at 7:00 p.m.
