Volleyball Recap: St. Catherine's Angels vs. Palmyra-Eagle Panthers
St. Catherine was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They lost 3-0 to the Palmyra-Eagle Panthers. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Angels of the 3-0 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in October of 2023.
Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-15, 25-23, 25-12.
St. Catherine's loss dropped their record down to 1-6. As for Palmyra-Eagle, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 6-5.
St. Catherine's will square off against Martin Luther at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Palmyra-Eagle, they will be staying on the road on Tuesday to face off against Madison Country Day at 7:30 p.m.
