While South Pemiscot didn't have the best season last year (they finished 12-16), it's starting to look like those struggles are a thing of the past. They blew past the Scott City Rams 14-3 on Thursday. Considering the Bulldogs have won 11 contests by more than seven runs this season, Thursday's blowout was nothing new.

South Pemiscot's victory bumped their record up to 15-8. As for Scott City, they are on a seven-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-16.

Coming up, South Pemiscot will face off against Clarkton at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Scott City, they will take on Valle Catholic at 4:30 p.m. on Monday.
