Basketball Game Preview: Brave Christian Lions vs. Jewish Community Wolves

The Brave Christian Lions are taking a road trip to face off against the Jewish Community Wolves at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. Brave Christian knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past three matchups -- so hopefully Jewish Community likes a good challenge.

Last Tuesday, Brave Christian humbled Emerald with a 73-31 victory.

Meanwhile, Jewish Community hadn't done well against Pacific Bay Christian recently (they were 2-7 in their previous nine matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Tuesday. The Wolves were the clear victors by a 52-29 margin over the Eagles. The contest marked the Wolves' most dominant victory of the season so far.

Brave Christian now has a winning record of 2-1. As for Jewish Community, the win was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 4-1.

Things could have been worse for Brave Christian, but things could have been a whole lot better as they took a 76-58 loss to Jewish Community in their previous matchup back in February. Can the Lions avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
