Soccer Recap: Marmion Triumphs

Marmion kept a clean sheet against Glenbard North on Thursday. They came out on top against the Panthers by a score of 2-0. The score was all tied up 0-0 at the break, but Marmion were the better team in the second half.

Ethan Potts and Jordan Peinado scored both of Marmion's goals, bringing their combined season tally to four goals.

Marmion now has a winning record of 2-1-1. As for Glenbard North, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-3-1.

Marmion wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and has already played their next game, a 2-0 win against Aurora Central Catholic on the 6th. As for Glenbard North, they have also already played their next match, a 4-1 victory against Wheaton North on the 6th.
