Volleyball Recap: Potter-Dix Coyotes vs. Garden County Eagles
After flying high against Leyton on Monday, Potter-Dix came back down to earth. The Coyotes lost 3-0 to the Garden County Eagles on Tuesday. The Coyotes haven't had much luck with the Eagles recently, as the team has come up short the last four times they've met.
The match finished with set scores of 25-18, 25-14, 25-5.
Micayla McConnell paced Potter-Dix's offense, picking up three kills. McConnell got some help from Madison Frerichs and her ten assists.
Kenley Dehning was the offensive standout of the contest as she had 16 digs. That's the most digs she has posted over her last 11 matches.
Potter-Dix's defeat dropped their record down to 10-22. As for Garden County, the victory was the 12th in a row for them, bringing their record up to 28-3.
As of now, neither Potter-Dix nor the Eagles have any future games scheduled.
