Prairie View has gone 9-1 against Northglenn recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. Having just played yesterday, the Prairie View Thunderhawks will head out on the road to face off against the Northglenn Norsemen at 7:00 p.m. Given that both suffered a loss in their last games, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this match.

On Monday, Prairie View came up short against Legacy and fell 54-44. The Thunderhawks haven't had much luck with the Lightning recently, as the team's come up short the last four times they've met.

Meanwhile, Northglenn was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat. They were two points away from ending the streak, but they lost a 74-72 heartbreaker at the hands of Wheat Ridge. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest loss the Norsemen have suffered since December 7, 2024.

Despite the defeat, Northglenn saw an underclassman step up: sophomore Braxton Dykstra went 6 for 14 en route to 18 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Noah Scrivani, who posted 12 points.

Northglenn's loss dropped their record down to 5-7. As for Prairie View, they now have a losing record at 7-8.

Prairie View might still be hurting after the 70-46 defeat they got from Northglenn in their previous meeting back in January of 2024. That contest was all but decided by halftime, at which point Prairie View was down 42-19.
