St. John lost to St. John's Prep back in January of 2024, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Friday. The St. John's Pioneers came out on top against the St. John's Prep Eagles by a score of 59-47. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Pioneers.

St. John's now has a winning record of 6-5. As for St. John's Prep, they dropped their record down to 1-10 with the loss, which was their sixth straight at home dating back to last season.

As for St. John's Prep, they will challenge Boston College High at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
