Basketball Recap: Johnson Turns Things Around After Road Loss

There's no place like home for Johnson, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Friday. They walked away with a 62-49 win over the Bulls College Prep Bulls on Thursday. The victory was some much needed relief for the Pumas as it spelled an end to their three-game losing streak.

Johnson's win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 8-8. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 54.7 points per game. As for Bulls College Prep, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-20.

Coincidentally, Johnson and Bulls College Prep will both be playing Comer the next time they take the court. Bulls College Prep will head out to face Comer at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, while Johnson will head out to face them at 7:00 p.m. on January 30th.
