Parowan came into Monday's matchup looking for another win against Water Canyon, but Martha Jessop wouldn't allow it. The Water Canyon Wildcats blew past the Parowan Rams 54-28 on Monday thanks in part to Jessop, who dropped a double-double on 16 points and 12 rebounds. What's more, she also racked up two blocks, the most she's had since back in January of 2024.

Joann Barlow was another key player, putting up six points in addition to six boards and four steals. She is on a roll when it comes to steals, as she's now grabbed two or more in the last three games she's played.

Water Canyon's victory was their first in the region, bumping their region record up to 1-5 and their overall record up to 6-7. As for Parowan, they are on a 16-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-15.

Water Canyon will take on Enterprise at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Parowan, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 47-22 loss against South Sevier on the 14th.
