Basketball Recap: Mountain Range Mustangs vs. Prairie View Thunderhawks
Mountain Range's game last Thursday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Tuesday. They strolled past the Prairie View Thunderhawks with points to spare, taking the game 70-53. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 58-26 back in January.
Mountain Range was led to victory by Delilah Lucero and Josieraye Running Wolf. Lucero almost dropped a double-double with 19 points and nine rebounds, while Running Wolf posted 21 points and five steals. That's the most steals Running Wolf has posted since back in December of 2024. Liliana Jaramillo was another key player, putting up ten points.
