Volleyball Recap: Clear Springs' Victory on Friday Extends Winning Streak to Four

Clear Springs came tearing into Friday's contest with three straight wins , and they left with even more momentum. They came out on top against the Rockwall Yellowjackets by a score of 2-0.

Caylee Young paced Clear Springs' offense, picking up seven kills. Young were helped by Sydney Pinkston and Mady Powell, who contributed nine assists each. Finally, Kaitlyn DeBondt kept Clear Springs' defense grounded, leading the team with three blocks.

Despite the loss, Rockwall had strong showings from Ashtyn Werth, who had 14 digs, and Olivia Clayton, who had ten digs.

Clear Springs' win bumped their record up to 15-4. As for Rockwall, their defeat dropped their record down to 11-13.

Clear Springs wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 2-1 victory against Johnson on the 30th. As for Rockwall, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 2-0 win against Vandegrift on the 30th.
