Greenway has gone a perfect 10-0 against Moon Valley recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. The Demons will square off against the Rockets at 4:00 p.m. The teams are on pretty different trajectories at the moment (Greenway has six straight wins, Moon Valley has ten straight defeats), but none of that matters once you're on the field.

Greenway gave up the first runs last Thursday, but they didn't let that get them down. Everything went their way against Tempe as they made off with a 16-1 victory. The result was nothing new for the Demons, who have now won nine matches by eight runs or more so far this season.

TAYLOR BORUP was incredible, firing off two home runs, five RBI, and three runs while going 4-for-4. That's the most home runs she has posted since back in April of 2024. Another player making a difference was Madelyn Banister, who scored three runs and stole three bases while going 2-for-2.

Greenway always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .613. They are a perfect 7-0 when they post an OBP of .513 or better.

Meanwhile, Moon Valley came up short against Marcos de Niza on Friday, falling 19-3.

Greenway's win was their 13th straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 10-6-1. Those home victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.7 runs on average over those games. As for Moon Valley, their loss dropped their record down to 1-10.

Everything went Greenway's way against Moon Valley when the teams last played back in March of 2024, as Greenway made off with a 17-0 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Demons since the team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
