While Apple Springs's win against Latexo wasn't quite the blowout they won the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Apple Springs Eagles skirted past the Latexo Tigers 6-5. The victory was just business as usual for the Eagles, who after three games remain undefeated this season.

Apple Springs' win bumped their record up to 3-0. As for Latexo, they are on a 12-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-2.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Apple Springs will venture away from home to face off against Slocum at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. Apple Springs is facing Slocum at the right time seeing as Slocum is stuck on a three-game losing streak. As for Latexo, they will take on Centerville at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
