Columbia Central's game on Tuesday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Thursday. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Fayetteville Tigers. The win continues a trend for the Lions in their matchups with the Tigers: they've now won four in a row.

While Columbia Central won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the second set they played. The match finished with set scores of 25-20, 25-22, 25-14.

Columbia Central's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Gabby Bolton, who had ten digs and two assists.
