Softball Recap: Seneca Golden Eagles vs. Northern Burlington Greyhounds
Seneca was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss dating back to last season. They came up short against the Northern Burlington Greyhounds, falling 13-1. The Golden Eagles were not able to make up for their defeat to the Greyhounds from their previous meeting back in May of 2024.
Seneca's loss dropped their record down to 0-3.
Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Seneca will face off against Rancocas Valley on Tuesday. As for Northern Burlington, they are headed away from home for the first time to square off against Delran at 3:45 p.m. on Monday. The Bears' pitching crew has only allowed three runs per game this season, so the Greyhounds' hitters will have their work cut out for them.
