Soccer Game Preview: East Union vs. Patterson

East Union has won four straight games at home, while Patterson has won four straight on the road, but those streaks won't matter much on Tuesday. The East Union Lancers will host the Patterson Tigers at 6:15 p.m. Both are strolling into their matchups after big wins in their previous games.

East Union is headed in fresh off scoring the most goals they have all season. They put the hurt on Oakdale with a sharp 5-2 victory on Thursday. The result kept the Lancers happy, as they haven't lost a game since December 7, 2024.

Meanwhile, Patterson kept a clean sheet against Sierra on Tuesday. They blew past the Timberwolves 5-0. The result was nothing new for the Tigers, who have now won six contests by three goals or more so far this season.

Their offense was hitting Sierra from everywhere, as five different players booted in a goal.

Patterson has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won seven of their last eight games, which provided a nice bump to their 9-0-4 record this season. The wins came thanks to their defensive effort, having only given up three goals over those eight matches. As for East Union, their win bumped their record up to 10-3-6.
