Basketball Recap: Eduardo Garza's Big Game Can't Quite Lead Porter over Donna

Porter was the 46-34 winner over Donna when they last played one another back in January, but their luck changed this time around. The Porter Cowboys fell 58-48 to the Donna Redskins on Tuesday.

Porter's loss came despite a true team effort with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Eduardo Garza, who went 5-for-10 en route to 16 points and six steals. Another player making a difference was Sigifredo Sauceda, who posted four points and five boards.

Porter's defeat was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 6-22. As for Donna, their victory bumped their record up to 3-27.

As of now, neither Porter nor Donna have any future games scheduled.
