Basketball Recap: Central Holmes Christian Takes a Tough Playoff Loss

Central Holmes Christian and Lamar Christian squared off in some playoff action on Wednesday, but Central Holmes Christian had to settle for second. They took a 40-30 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Lamar Christian Lions. The Trojans lost against the Lions in their previous head to head back in February of 2017, too, but the margin this time around was much closer than the 64-12 score last time.

Central Holmes Christian's defeat dropped their record down to 1-3. As for Lamar Christian, the victory was the 20th in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 27-4.

As of now, neither Central Holmes Christian nor Lamar Christian have any future games scheduled.
