Soccer Recap: Norwalk Comes Up Short

Norwalk entered their matchup against Darien on Thursday without any home losses, but there's a first time for everything. The Bears came up short against the Blue Wave, falling 3-0. Having soared to a lofty four goals in the game before, Norwalk's shutout was a dramatic turnaround.

Norwalk's loss dropped their record down to 7-5-2. As for Darien, the victory was the fifth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 9-3-1.

Norwalk does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Darien, they will head out on the road to take on Ridgefield at 6:30 p.m. on Monday.
