Hough faced Reagan in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Friday. The Huskies fell 3-1 to the Raiders. The Huskies' loss signaled the end of their four-game winning streak.

While Hough ultimately came up short, they really made Reagan work, particularly in the first set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 26-24, 25-23, 16-25, 25-16.

Hough's defeat dropped their record down to 12-3. As for Reagan, the victory was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 15-7.

Looking ahead, Hough will head out to challenge South Iredell at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Reagan, they have already played their next match, a 3-0 win against Millbrook on the 26th.
