Football Recap: Oswego East Takes a Loss

Oswego East entered their contest against Minooka on Friday without any home losses, but there's a first time for everything. The Wolves and the Indians were almost perfectly matched up, but the Wolves suffered a 15-14 defeat. If the Wolves were looking for revenge after losing 17-7 to the Indians when the teams met back in September of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

The loss was their first at home , dropping their record down to 6-3. As for Minooka, they are on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six games. That's provided a nice bump to their 6-3 record this season.

As of now, neither Oswego East nor Minooka have any future games scheduled.
