Basketball Recap: Sinatra Takes a Loss

Sinatra was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their 11th straight loss dating back to last season. They fell 36-25 to the Grover Cleveland Presidents. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against Sinatra this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 54-22 back in November of 2024.

Sinatra's defeat dropped their record down to 0-7. As for Grover Cleveland, their victory ended a six-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 4-3.

Coincidentally, both will both be playing Maspeth the next time they take the court. Sinatra will host Maspeth at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday, while Grover Cleveland will host them at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
