Volleyball Recap: Madison East Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Madison East lost against Sun Prairie East back in September of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Purgolders lost 3-0 to the Cardinals. The Purgolders have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-17, 25-15, 25-15.

Madison East's offense was headlined by Aby Sarr and Reese Inda, who picked up six kills apiece. They got some help from Sheila Gandjui and her 13 assists. Tatum Inda controlled things from the service line, finishing with three aces.

Madison East's defeat dropped their record down to 6-20. As for Sun Prairie East, their victory ended a five-match drought at home and bumped them up to 13-13.

Looking ahead, Madison East will take on Janesville Craig at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Sun Prairie East, they will head out on the road to challenge Belmont at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday.
