Baseball Recap: Timpanogos Comes Up Short

Timpanogos and Crimson Cliffs squared off in some playoff action on Tuesday, but Timpanogos had to settle for second. They fell just short of the Mustangs by a score of 4-3. The Timberwolves were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Mustangs earlier this season, when they won 3-2.

Timpanogos saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Corbin Hardy, who went 2-for-3 with one double and one RBI.

This is the second loss in a row for Timpanogos and nudges their season record down to 23-6. As for Crimson Cliffs, they are on a roll lately: they've won nine of their last 12 matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 17-12 record this season.

As of now, neither Timpanogos nor Crimson Cliffs have any future games scheduled.
