Soccer Game Preview: Vail Christian vs. KIPP Denver Collegiate

The Vail Christian Saints will venture away from home to square off against the KIPP Denver Collegiate White Tigers at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. Vail Christian is coming into the contest hot, having won their last four games.

While Vail Christian's victory against Grand Valley wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Saints had just enough and edged out the Cardinals 3-2 on Friday. Three seems to be a good number for Vail Christian as the team scooped up a win with the same number of goals in their previous game.

Susie Irving and Sam Loredo scored all three of Vail Christian's goals, bringing their combined season tally to 16 goals.

Meanwhile, it was close, but on Friday KIPP Denver Collegiate sidestepped Rocky Mountain Prep SMART for a 2-1 victory. The win made it back-to-back victories for KIPP Denver Collegiate.

KIPP Denver Collegiate's win bumped their record up to 4-2. As for Vail Christian, their victory bumped their record up to an identical 4-2.
