Football Recap: Nanakuli Comes Up Short

After some red-hot attacks on offense in their last three contests, Nanakuli finally came back down to earth on Friday. They had to suffer through a 32-0 loss at the hands of the Wai'anae Seariders. The Golden Hawks were not able to make up for their defeat to the Seariders from their previous meeting back in October of 2024.

Nanakuli dropped their record down to 1-3 with the loss, which was their seventh straight at home dating back to last season. As for Wai'anae, the win keeps them at an undefeated 5-0.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Nanakuli is set to take on their familiar foe Radford at 6:00 p.m. on Saturday. Meanwhile, Wai'anae will face off against rival Kailua at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
