Softball Recap: Highland Takes a Loss

The matchup between Highland and Narrows on Saturday hardly resembled the 4-0 effort from their previous meeting. The Rams fell 15-12 to the Green Waves. Unfortunately, that's the first time they've come up short against the Green Waves this season, with their most recent loss being a 4-0 defeat on Saturday.

Highland's loss was their first in the region, dropping their region record down to 2-1 and their overall record down to 2-2. As for Narrows, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 5-6.

Coming up, Narrows will square off against Parry McCluer at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Highland will be paying especially close attention to the Green Waves' matchup: after the Green Waves face off against Giles, they'll take on Highland again at 1:00 p.m.
