Football Recap: Bonita Springs Continues Home Dominance on Friday

While Bonita Springs put up some points on Friday, the same can't be said for Estero. The Bonita Springs Bullsharks managed a 6-0 victory over the Estero Wildcats. This was payback for the Bullsharks, who suffered a 6-0 loss the last time these two teams met.

Bonita Springs didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off four passes before the game was over. Kylie Lawrence led the group effort, picking up two of those interceptions all by herself.

Bonita Springs pushed their record up to 2-0 with the win, which was their fifth straight at home dating back to last season.

Bonita Springs didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next matchup, a 27-0 victory against Fort Myers on the 25th. As for Estero, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next contest, a 25-6 win against Cypress Lake on the 27th.
