Basketball Recap: Beaverhead County Takes Down Browning in a Playoff Battle

Beaverhead County had already proven themselves in the regular season and they didn't miss a beat now that it's playoff time. They enjoyed a cozy 63-48 victory over the Browning Indians on Saturday. Winning may never get old, but the Beavers sure are getting used to it with their 18th in a row.

Beaverhead County got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Carter Curnow out in front who almost dropped a double-double with 13 points and nine assists. Curnow is also on a roll when it comes to shooting accuracy, as he's posted one of at least 45% in the last three games he's played. Another player making a difference was Kyler Engellant, who went 8-for-14 to rack up 19 points along with eight rebounds and three blocks.

Beaverhead County's victory bumped their record up to 20-1. As for Browning, they moved to 16-6 with that loss, which also ended their seven-game winning streak.

As of now, neither Beaverhead County nor Browning have any future games scheduled.
