Baseball Recap: Triton Central Takes a Loss

Triton Central fought the good fight in their extra-innings contest against Shenandoah on Tuesday but wound up with a less-than-desirable result. They fell just short of the Raiders by a score of 5-4. The Tigers were not able to make up for their defeat to the Raiders from their previous meeting back in June of 2025.

Bo West was cooking despite his team's loss, going 2-for-4 with two stolen bases, one run, and one RBI.

Triton Central's loss was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 6-11. As for Shenandoah, they are on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last eight matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 14-5 record this season.

Triton Central will be playing in front of their home fans against Rushville at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Shenandoah, they will take on Blue River Valley at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday.
