Northside kept a clean sheet against Shelby County on Friday. They blew past the Shelby County Wildcats 10-0. Considering the Rams have won six contests by more than three goals this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

Their offense was hitting Shelby County from everywhere, as five different players booted in a goal. Lynn Otero led that balanced group of strikers and accounted for four goals all by himself.

Northside's victory was their fourth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 6-1-1. Those victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only given up zero goals over those four matchups. As for Shelby County, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 2-4 record this season.

Coincidentally, Northside and Shelby County will both be playing Montevallo the next time they take the pitch. Shelby County will head out to face Montevallo at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, while Northside will host them at 7:15 p.m. on March 18th.
