Memorial is 9-1 against Cy-Fair since January of 2020 and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Tuesday. The Memorial Mustangs will head out on the road to face off against the Cy-Fair Bobcats at 7:00 p.m. Memorial will be strutting in after a win while Cy-Fair will be coming in after a loss.

Memorial will head into Saturday's game on the come-up: they were handed a heart-breaking three-point defeat in their last contest, but they sure didn't let that happen against Cypress Ridge on Saturday. Everything went Memorial's way against Cypress Ridge as Memorial made off with a 61-36 victory. Given the Mustangs' advantage in MaxPreps' Texas basketball rankings (they are ranked 218th, while the Rams are ranked 1077th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Meanwhile, Cy-Fair ended up a good deal behind Jersey Village on Saturday and lost 55-38.

Cy-Fair dropped their record down to 9-14 with the loss, which was their third straight at home. As for Memorial, their win bumped their record up to 17-14.

Everything came up roses for Memorial against Cy-Fair in their previous meeting back in December of 2024, as the squad secured a 55-22 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for Memorial since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
