Northwest Christian had to skate by with only a one-run margin when they last took the field, which might have inspired the ten-run drubbing they dealt Bourgade Catholic on Tuesday. Northwest Christian blew past Bourgade Catholic 12-2. The Crusaders haven't had any issues with the Golden Eagles recently, as the game was their ninth consecutive win against them.

Northwest Christian pushed their record up to 7-4 with the victory, which was their third straight on the road. Those wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.7 runs on average over those games. As for Bourgade Catholic, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-8.
