Pinedale came tearing into Friday's matchup with 17 straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 24.5 points), and they left with even more momentum. They came out on top against the Lander Valley Tigers by a score of 48-41. 48 seems to be a good number for the Wranglers as the squad scooped up a victory with the same number of points in their previous game.

Pinedale's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Elyn Bowers, who shot 44% from the field to rack up 20 points along with six steals and five rebounds. That makes it 13 consecutive games in which Bowers has scored at least a third of Pinedale's points. The team also got some help courtesy of Alyxis White, who posted eight points in addition to nine boards and three steals.

Pinedale's win bumped their record up to 22-1. As for Lander Valley, they have been struggling recently as they've lost six of their last eight contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 11-12 record this season.
