 If Harvard-Westlake was riding high  off their  8-1 takedown of Flintridge Sacred Heart last Thursday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Harvard-Westlake Wolverines fell just short of the Heritage Christian Warriors by a score of  13-11 on Friday. Both teams can probably skip cardio this week after making that many trips around the bases.
  Emma Tseng stepped up to lead a balanced group of hitters: she scored three  runs and  stole a base while going 4-for-5. She has been hot recently, having posted  at least one  stolen base the last four times she's  played.  Kale?a Tindal was another key contributor,  scoring two  runs and  stealing a base while going 3-for-4.
 Even though they lost, Harvard-Westlake was hitting in the alleys and  finished the game with eight  doubles. That's the most  doubles they've managed all season.
 Harvard-Westlake's loss dropped their record down to 6-6. As for Heritage Christian, their victory bumped their record up to 7-9.
 Both  teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Harvard-Westlake will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Marymount at 3:30  p.m.  on April 11th. As for Heritage Christian, they will have some time to savor their  win since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Maranatha at 3:30  p.m.  on April 9th.
