Softball Recap: Temecula Prep Takes a Loss

Monday just wasn't the day for Temecula Prep's offense. They came up short against the Hemet Bulldogs on Monday, falling 13-0. The Patriots' defeat continues a trend for the squad, making it five in a row.

Temecula Prep saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Nahri Scarlett, who went 1-for-2 with two stolen bases.

Temecula Prep's loss dropped their record down to 1-8. As for Hemet, the win was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 12-3.

Coming up, Temecula Prep will square off against San Jacinto Valley Academy at 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
