Essex won against Westmoreland on Monday with 42 points and they decided to stick to that point total again on Monday. The Essex Trojans beat the Westmoreland Eagles by the very same score they won with in their prior game: 42-38. That's the third time they've managed to beat them this season, with their most recent victory being a 42-38 win on Monday.

The victory made it two in a row for Essex and bumps their season record up to 8-6. As for Westmoreland, they dropped their record down to 11-10 with the loss, which was their fourth straight at home.
