Soccer Recap: Yough Takes a Loss

After flying high against Southmoreland last Tuesday, Yough came back down to earth. The Cougars came up short against the North Catholic Trojans on Monday, falling 7-1. While losing is never fun, Yough can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Pennsylvania soccer rankings (they are ranked 251st, while North Catholic are ranked 80th).

Yough's loss dropped their record down to 14-6. As for North Catholic, they pushed their record up to 16-2-1 with the win, which was their seventh straight at home.

As of now, neither Yough nor the Trojans have any future games scheduled.
