After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Chesnee, Woodruff was happy to have turned things around on Tuesday. They skirted past the Clinton Red Devils 3-2. The Wolverines haven't had any issues with the Red Devils recently, as the game was their seventh consecutive victory against them.

Woodruff now has a winning record of 2-1. As for Clinton, their defeat was their first of the season and also makes their record 2-1.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Woodruff will face off against Chesnee at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Clinton, they will challenge Laurens at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
