Basketball Recap: Clear Spring Comes Up Short

Clear Spring was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 19th straight loss dating back to last season. They fell 49-41 to the Boonsboro Warriors. The Blazers lost against the Warriors in their previous head to head back in January, too, but the margin this time around was much closer than the 77-42 score last time.

Clear Spring's defeat dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Boonsboro, the win got them back to even at 2-2.

Clear Spring will be home for the holidays to greet Williamsport at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Williamsport will roll in looking for their fifth straight victory, something Clear Spring surely won't give up without a fight. As for Boonsboro, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, a 63-54 loss against Fort Hill on the 18th.
