Collierville extended their home winning streak to five games thanks to a huge performance from Jekhyra Rodgers. The Collierville Dragons took down the Arlington Tigers 51-32 on Saturday thanks in part to Rodgers, who went 8 for 14 on her way to 21 points along with eight steals and five assists. Those eight steals gave her a new career-high.

The team also got some help courtesy of Bailey Thornton, who posted ten points in addition to eight rebounds and four steals. She has been hot recently, having posted two or more steals the last four times she's played.

Despite the loss, Arlington saw an underclassman step up: freshman Kallie Marsh had eight points and ten boards.

Collierville has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won nine of their last ten games, which provided a nice bump to their 23-4 record this season. As for Arlington, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 8-12.

Collierville wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 64-19 win against Germantown on the 4th. As for Arlington, they have also already played their next contest, a 40-39 victory against Southwind on the 4th.
