Volleyball Recap: Northeast Dubois Jeeps vs. Forest Park Rangers

After flying high against North Daviess last Thursday, Northeast Dubois came back down to earth. The Jeeps took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Forest Park Rangers on Tuesday. If the Jeeps were looking for revenge after losing 3-0 to the Rangers when the teams met back in September of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-6, 25-18, 22-25, 25-16.

Kaydee Kluesner paced Northeast Dubois' offense, picking up 11 kills. Kluesner got some help from Raynie Schnell and her 24 assists. Anna Miley controlled things from the service line, finishing with three aces.

Forest Park can attribute much of their success to Felecia Eckert, who had 11 digs and two aces. Those 11 digs gave Eckert a new career-high.

Northeast Dubois' loss dropped their record down to 2-10. As for Forest Park, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 9-3.

Northeast Dubois didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 3-1 victory against Vincennes Rivet on the 11th. As for Forest Park, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 3-0 win against Loogootee on the 11th.
