Baseball Game Preview: St. Sebastian's School Arrows vs. Tabor Academy Seawolves

The St. Sebastian's School Arrows will challenge the Tabor Academy Seawolves at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday. St. Sebastian's School's pitching crew has only allowed 3.3 runs per game this season, so Tabor Academy's hitters will have their work cut out for them.

St. Sebastian's School is probably headed into the game with a chip on their shoulder considering Middlesex just ended the team's five-game winning streak on Monday. They fell 5-2 to Middlesex. Having soared to a lofty 15 runs in the game before, the Arrows couldn't push the score so high this time.

Meanwhile, Tabor Academy got themselves on the board against Buckingham Browne & Nichols on Friday, but Buckingham Browne & Nichols never followed suit. They walked away with a 3-0 win over the Knights.

Tabor Academy has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 5-3 record this season. The victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 7.5 runs over those games. As for St. Sebastian's School, their defeat was their first in the league, dropping their league record down to 5-1 and their overall record down to 7-3.

St. Sebastian's School skirted past Tabor Academy 5-3 when the teams last played back in May of 2024. Do the Arrows have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Seawolves turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
