Volleyball Recap: McIntosh Takes a Loss + How To Watch

If McIntosh was feeling good fresh off their 3-0 takedown of Wakpala on Monday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Tigers lost 3-0 to the Newell Irrigators on Thursday. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Irrigators this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 2-0 back in September.

McIntosh couldn't get the win, but they sure gave Newell a tough time in the first set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 30-28, 25-19, 25-10.

McIntosh has traveled a rocky road recently, having lost six of their last seven contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 13-16 record this season. As for Newell, the victory was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 14-15.

McIntosh has already played their next matchup (against Dupree), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Newell also has no score uploaded for their next match, this one against Timber Lake.
