Eureka came tearing into Saturday's matchup with seven straight wins , and they left with even more momentum. They walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Tri-Valley Vikings. This was a revenge game for the Hornets: when they faced off against the Vikings back in September, they had to take a 2-1 defeat.

Eureka's win bumped their record up to 29-5. As for Tri-Valley, the loss snapped their winning streak at seven matches and leaves them with a 25-9 record.

Eureka wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 2-0 victory against Monmouth-Roseville on the 28th. As for Tri-Valley, they have also already played their next match, a 2-0 win against Monticello on the 28th.
