            Raymond is 0-4 against Mendenhall since August of 2015 but things could change  on Thursday. The Rangers will host the Tigers  at 7:00  p.m. Raymond has given up an average of 28.9  points per game this season, but Thursday's  game will give them a chance to turn things around.
Raymond is headed in fresh off scoring the most  points they have   all season. They had to suffer through  a    73-28 loss at the hands of Morton.
Meanwhile,  after only seven  points in their last  matchup, Mendenhall made sure to put some  points up on the board against Richland  last Friday. The Tigers breezed past the Rangers to the tune of  49-13. That 36 point margin sets a new team best for the Tigers this season.
 Mendenhall's defense made their presence known, laying out the QB  four times. In that department,  Antonio Wilson was the leader with two sacks. With that strong performance,  he is now averaging an impressive 5.3  total tackles per game. Another thorn in Richland's side was  Eddie Weathersby, who picked up  a  sack and made ten total tackles (3.0 for loss).
 The  win snapped Mendenhall's losing streak at three games  and leaves them with a 4-4 record. As for Raymond, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-7.
 Raymond took a serious blow against Mendenhall  when the teams last played  back in August of 2018, falling  53-6. That  contest was all but decided by halftime, at which point the Rangers were down  40-0.
