After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Hollidaysburg, DuBois was happy to have turned things around on Friday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Mifflin County Huskies 48-21. The result was nothing new for the Beavers, who have now won five matchups by 21 points or more so far this season.
DuBois' win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Trey Wingard, who threw for 279 yards and five touchdowns while picking up 11.2 yards per attempt. The Beavers are 7-1 when Wingard posts three or more passing touchdowns, but 0-3 otherwise. London Duncan helped Wingard out on the ground, rushing for 105 yards and one TD, while also picking up 45 receiving yards.
