Volleyball Recap: Eisenhower Takes a Loss

Eisenhower was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Bloomington Bruins. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Bruins this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 back in March.

Eisenhower's loss dropped their record down to 1-10. As for Bloomington, they have been performing well recently as they've won nine of their last 11 matches. That's provided a massive bump to their 10-8 record this season.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Eisenhower will face off against rival Summit at 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Meanwhile, Bloomington is set to challenge their familiar foe Fontana at 5:15 p.m. on Monday.
